Beskrivning
Produced in the northeast of Switzerland, in the region of the same name, this cheese is carefully aged in cellars where its rind is regularly brushed with “Sulz” — a secret blend of herbs, spices, and white wine whose recipe remains closely guarded to this day. To earn the designation “extra”, the cheese must meet strict quality standards and undergo a maturation period of more than six months, developing a bold, robust flavor.
