Beskrivning
This Pyrenean tomme is made in the Ariège region with goat’s milk sourced from nearby farms. It is similar to Bethmale and Ossau-Iraty cheeses but has a more delicate flavor. Le Cabretou was awarded a silver medal at the Paris International Agricultural Show.
