Le Cabri Ariégeois is a goat cheese encircled with a wooden band, inspired by the famous Mont d’Or. Its washed rind encloses a creamy, melt-in-the-mouth paste with bold, authentic aromas. A cheese of great character that beautifully embodies the Ariège terroir.
