Our Comté is produced in a fruitière (traditional cheesemaking dairy) located in the Jura — the birthplace of this renowned cheese. The milk is collected within a maximum radius of 25 km, allowing for a diversity of terroirs and vegetation that ensure a milk rich in flavor. Each year, we carefully select our wheels, made exclusively from summer milk. Aged between 18 and 24 months.
