Our Comté is produced in a fruitière (traditional cheesemaking dairy) located in the Jura — the birthplace of this famous cheese. The milk is collected within a maximum radius of 25 km, ensuring a diversity of terroirs and vegetation that contribute to a milk rich in flavor. Each year, we hand-select our wheels, made exclusively from summer milk. Aged between 6 and 12 months.
