Our Comté is produced in a fruitière (traditional cheesemaking dairy) located in the Jura — the birthplace of this iconic cheese. The milk is collected within a maximum radius of 25 km, allowing for a diversity of terroirs and vegetation that guarantee a milk rich in flavor. Each year, we carefully select our wheels, made exclusively from summer milk. Aged for over 30 months for exceptional depth and intensity of flavor.
