This traditional Swiss cheese is produced only from May to October in the Vaud Alps. Our Etivaz wheels all come from the same mountain chalet, where the time-honored method of wood-fired production is still practiced — giving our Etivaz its unique flavor, deeply influenced by the alpine flora. The milk is collected twice daily and transformed immediately. Our producer makes only six wheels per day, ensuring exceptional quality in every cheese. Its flavors are bold and aromatic, with delicate smoky notes.
