Authentic Greek Feta, made from sheep’s and goat’s milk. Its texture and flavor are distinctive — pure white, fresh, slightly crumbly, and dotted with small holes. The taste is bold and slightly tangy. The name “Feta” first appeared in the 17th century and comes from the practice of cutting the cheese into slices to store it in barrels (“féta” means “slice” in Greek*).*
