The farmhouse Gaperon with garlic is made in Auvergne using buttermilk and flavored with garlic and pepper. Our Gaperon comes from the last creamery still producing it in the traditional way. The cheese is molded in a cloth and left to drain, giving it its distinctive pear-like shape.
