Our Manigodine is made exclusively on the farm where the milk is produced, in the Manigod Valley. The production method is similar to that of Reblochon, except that the curd is wrapped with a spruce band, which helps control the texture of the paste during aging. This rare cheese is deliciously creamy and nutty, with a delicate hint of resin — free from the slight bitterness often found in Mont d’Or.
