Beskrivning
This excellent Swiss hard cheese features a beautiful crust coated with organic herbs that give it a unique aroma. It is produced in a traditional dairy in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, using time-honored methods, and molded in hemp cloth and wooden hoops. The organic aromatic herbs are applied to the surface during the aging process, which lasts for a minimum of 120 days.
