Made following the traditional Italian Pecorino recipe, this sheep’s milk cheese is enriched with delicious pieces of truffle. It is aged for at least four months, allowing the truffle’s aroma to fully develop. Its flavor is intense, and its texture is dense and wonderfully rich on the palate.
