This farmhouse washed-rind soft cheese is produced in a creamery located in a remote valley of the Ariège Pyrenees. Its ivory-colored paste and exceptionally creamy texture leave a long-lasting flavor on the palate. This cheese was born from a love story between a former Canadian opera singer and a hermit cheesemaker — a truly exceptional creation.
