An emblem of the Auvergne region, the Saint-Nectaire we have selected is exclusively farmhouse-made in the Puy-de-Dôme area. Its paste is smooth and creamy, with a clean, mild taste featuring varied lactic notes (cream, butter) and the characteristic aromas of hazelnut and forest undergrowth.
