Raw sheep’s milk cheese handcrafted near Bastia, in Corsica. The rind is coated with maquis herbs, juniper berries, and small peppers, giving it a truly unique flavor. It can also be enjoyed warm on toast or baked in the oven, much like a chèvre chaud.
