Beskrivning
Once used as a form of barter, Tome des Bauges (spelled with one m) is produced exclusively in the mountain range of the same name. Ours are made solely on the farm. The rugged terrain, limestone soils, and unique climate of this Regional Natural Park contribute to the exceptional quality of its pastures, giving the cheese its distinctive fruity aromas.
