Beskrivning
A traditional cheese from the Berry region, whose PDO area covers much of the Indre department. Its name comes from the town of Valençay and dates back to the time of Napoleon. Its goaty flavors are delicate and well balanced. It can be enjoyed fresh from the 11th day, when the paste is smooth and creamy, or more mature, when it becomes slightly crumbly.
